Masquerade 2022 Roller Party – All Ages Session

The Ottawa Quad Rollerskating Club, a non-profit and volunteer-run organization dedicated to promoting recreational rollerskating in Ottawa, is setting up the smooth concrete floor of the Horticulture Building with lights, grooves, and lots of roller rentals. Join them for a rolling good time!

Admission is strictly online through Eventbrite. No cash at the door, no other services, no resale. Admission alone does not reserve skate rentals; be sure to book them as a free add-on to your admission. If you have your own quads, or inlines, you are welcome to wear those.

Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition showcases the awe and wonder of arguably one of mankind’s greatest artistic achievements while allowing its visitors to experience this art from an up-close, life-size, and never-before-seen perspective. The ceiling paintings from the Sistine Chapel have been reproduced using licensed high-definition photos. Brought to life using a unique printing technique that emulates the look and feel of the original paintings, visitors are given a chance to engage with the artwork in ways that were never before possible: seeing every detail, every brushstroke, and every color of the artist’s 34 frescoes. Each image is accompanied by informative signage, and audio guides are available to rent for an even more in-depth experience.
