Chef Nuit Regular, Canada’s Top Thai Chef and restaurateur comes to the Capital

Mr. Thanapol Wang-Om-Klang, Chargé d’Affaires of  the Royal Thai Embassy hosted a cocktail reception at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute with award winning Thai Chef Nuit Regular, Executive Chef and Co-owner of PAI, Kiin, Sabai Sabai, Sukhothai and Selva Toronto restaurants (Thai Select) at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute.

Thai SELECT is a mark of certification awarded by the Royal Thai Government, to guarantee the authenticity of Thai restaurant and Thai food products, meaning the food served or being merchandised has been prepared with proper ingredients and spices in the traditional Thai style of cooking.

Chef Nuit Regular has transformed the Thai food scene in Toronto by bringing the distinct flavours of Northern Thai cuisine to Canada. As the first Thai SELECT Ambassador for Canada she has already appeared as a guest judge on MasterChef Canada and Top Chef Canada (Season 9) and appeared on Big Food Bucket List and is a resident judge on Food Network Canada Wall of Chefs. Chef Nuit Regular and Le Cordon Bleu Chefs treated guests to a dazzling and delicious array of Thai food including Nham Mhak Nua Sud, Gaeng Phed, Khao Seuw and cocktails.
