Built in days, finished in weeks, and using only 20 percent of the energy required by traditional homes, CABN’s patent-pending technology offers a groundbreaking solution to the housing crisis causing social and economic hardship for cash-strapped cities across Canada.
CABN home kits offer developers and municipalities a uniquely scalable network housing solution, allowing them to address their housing and energy infrastructure needs in one package.
Following CABN’s first anniversary of its initial showhome build, CABN has launched a $3 million investor raise. It is a significant milestone in the company’s journey, fueling its expansion and further solidifying its position as a leader in the sustainable housing industry. Wyatt explains, “This investor raise is a pivotal step towards realizing that vision.”
The raise invites Canadians to help shape a more sustainable future. “We are thrilled to invite investors to join us on this exciting journey,” says Wyatt. Adding, “Together, we can redefine the future of housing development, one CABN at a time.”
Since the May 2023 launch of its showhome in Eastern Ontario, CABN has:
• closed over $10.7M in contract sales,
• initiated a 67-unit development,
• launched a patent-pending net-zero technology, and
• procured a 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.
It has been a busy year for the company that is set to launch its inaugural CABN Community, a self-sustaining CABN cluster. Later this year, CABN will also initiate pre-sales for a 67-unit development plan in Eastern Ontario, creating a first-of-its-kind community model.
David Chilton, former Dragon on CBC’s Dragons’ Den and author of “The Wealthy Barber”, said, “I’ve invested in one of Jackson’s initiatives before. He showed great drive, outstanding people skills and, that key ingredient to success, grit.” He added, “CABN really excites me. Its innovative approach to pre-fab building could be a big part of the solution to the housing crisis overwhelming so many countries.”
With a focus on minimizing environmental impact and maximizing energy efficiency, CABN’s homes represent the pinnacle of eco-conscious living. In Canada, where approximately 17 percent of new homes are now net-zero energy ready, CABN’s solutions are leading the way towards a greener future.
