Afrobeat Music Festival

National Capital Hockey Show

The National Capital Hockey Show, billed as the world’s largest hockey show, glides into town for the weekend. Capital Fair

Les Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy

On Saturday, August 20th, don't miss the grand finale of Les Grands Feux. Take advantage of the free bicycle parking in front of the Maison du Citoyen, and then use one of the two new entrances (Laurier-Victoria Entrance or Laurier-Alexandra Bridge Entrance) to let the immersive light pathway lead you to the event space behind the Canadian Museum of History.

Imagine Monet: The Immersive Exhibition

Get completely enveloped in the Impressionist paintings of Claude Monet, the father of Impressionism: a modern style of painting that celebrated nature and the outdoors, not simply as a backdrop but often as the subject itself. William Seitz, the curator at MoMA and curator of the Monet exhibition, has removed the frames from the paintings and invites the viewers to enter into the paintings.
