It is the final weekend of the 25th edition of the Ottawa Fringe Festival. Don't miss the in-person performances featuring local, national, and international actors. On Saturday June 25th, Arts Court will be filled with various programming and celebrations! Dave Nihill at Yuk Yuk's

From the website: Irish native Dave Nihill has lived and worked in twelve countries and visited over seventy. His shows draw on his wide travels, cultural observations, attempts at language study, (occasional) international drinking sessions and being a mildly confused immigrant in the US. Dave is the winner of the prestigious annual San Francisco Comedy Competition (previous finalists include Robin Williams, Ellen DeGeneres, and Dana Carvey) and runner-up in the Moth’s largest US Grandslam storytelling competition. A festival favourite, Dave’s videos have also gone viral many times over, with over 70 million views.

A Company of Fools

A Company of Fools is happy to be returning to what it does so well: performing Shakespeare in the park. This summer, grab the family, pack a picnic, and head to your local park to catch a performance of The Tempest. If the cast’s enthusiasm means anything, you won't be disappointed.

Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival

Produced by Indigenous Experiences on behalf of the National Indigenous Peoples Day (NIPD) Committee, representing all of Canada’s National Indigenous organizations, The Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival is hosting a weekend full of activities, demonstrations, workshops, and interactive experiences.

*Parking is very limited, so the festival will be running shuttles from Algonquin College (with free parking) to Mādahòkì Farm. Park at the designated spaces or come by bus to Baseline station to catch the shuttle. Shuttles are scheduled to run every 30 minutes.

GCTC – The Sting (fundraiser)

Catch some of your favourite Ottawa legal thespians on stage performing The Sting, adapted from David Ward’s Oscar-winning screenplay by David Rogers on GCTC’s Main Stage. This year the fundraiser will also support Roger Neilson House, a local organization that provides palliative care and support to newborns, children, youth, and their families. All Gala tickets purchased are eligible for a tax receipt.

*GCTC requires that all audience members show proof of vaccination status before entering the theatre. This policy extends to the end of the 2021-22 Season.

Escapade Ottawa Music Festival

Cranium Conference & Showcase
