The 2025 Canadian Premier League season is about to kick off. Teams are ready to take the pitch, all of them with the hopes of being crowned champions at the end of the season.
Here in the nation’s capital, Atlético Ottawa has seen many changes in the offseason, so it will be exciting to see how they start the season this weekend when they host the Halifax Wanderers.
There are many exciting matchups in this extremely competitive league, and who better to speak to before the season than the Commissioner of the league, Mark Noonan.
Mark has an undeniable passion for the CPL, and he has been involved in the sport in multiple capacities for years. We sat down to talk about the upcoming season and what fans can expect.
