Christmas Night Market & Tree Lighting Ceremony

The JUNO award-winning Ottawa Bach Choir (OBC) presents the first concert of its 21st season, Baroque Christmas. The concert features Heinrich Schütz’ Historia der Geburt Jesu Christi, SWV 435, in collaboration with Schützfest, as well as festive works by Bach and Buxtehude. The Theatre of Early Music baroque orchestra joins the choir, along with British concert master Adrian Butterfield, as well as soloists Daniel Taylor, countertenor Rufus Müller, tenor, and Ottawa native Matthew Li, bass. All-ages event.

Ottawa Children’s Storytelling Festival

Enjoy six days of stories online or in person from November 21 to 26 at the 28th edition of the Ottawa Children’s Storytelling Festival! Talented storytellers from Ottawa and across Canada will engage and delight children aged 0 to 12. The festival is committed to presenting the work of diverse artists and offers a balanced program of French, English, and Indigenous tellers.

Frost Country 6K run by Run Ottawa

As part of the 2022 Canadian Cross Country Championships presented by Athletics Canada, Run Ottawa is hosting an open XC race for anyone who wants to hit the trails at Terry Fox Athletic Facility for a different kind of race experience! Prepare to run over grass, gravel, wood chips…and maybe a little mud (or snow), and have fun with the community! Timing by Sportstats will be provided.

European Union Film Festival
